My work is always evolving from my previous pieces. Over the course of a year I can look though my photos and watch as my paintings morph into new phases. I'm currently exploring layering and removing paint in my artwork by washing it off with a steel brush and letting the it dry in the sun. The physicality of scrubbing and letting a piece turn into a new image by peeling the paint layers away has been really fun for me. I'm also finishing off each piece with resin so that it has this polished, high gloss finish... that really amplifies the colors in the work. Below are the latest pieces.
