UNDER THE MICROSCOPE (3-D PAINTING) 2010

For several years I've created a series of "circle" paintings. I was inspired to do this body of work when I was looking through a Biology book one semester. The images of cellular forms and organic shapes made me think that they would make a great composition.......... I love this piece. Its basic and yet so busy.... it really commands attention. It's going to be hung in a friend's office. Hopefully it won't be too distracting for his co-workers!
